Director
Born on 22 May 1975 in Nicosia, Cyprus. He completed his early education in Cyprus. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Richmond, The American International University in London. As a director, Çavlan Paralik has successfully been carrying out the task of overseeing the general performance of the company since 2005. Çavlan assures the long-range strategy of the company and that it makes consistent and timely progress towards its mission. He also provide leadership in developing organizational and financial plans.

Foreign Trade & Bus Dev. Specialist
Born on 17 November 1977 in Nicosia, Cyprus. Completed primary, secondary and high school education in Cyprus and then recieved my BS in Environmental Engineering from METU, Ankara-Turkey. She holds a Masters Degree in International Business Management, from the University of Westminster, London. As of 2000, Sibel Paralik has taken on different responsibilities within the company as an accountant, operations manager and sales manager. Since 2013, she has been working as the Foreign Trade Manager and as a Business Development Specialist for the company. Accordingly she has represented the company abroad in many fairs and bilateral meetings.

Ahmet Paralİk
Sales & Operations Manager
Born on 28 October 1979 in Nicosia, Cyprus. Ahmet Paralik completed his first, secondary and high school education in Cyprus. He then studied Computer Engineering in Istanbul University from which he graduated in 2000. For 5 years, he worked as a computer engineer and software developer for various software firms in Istanbul. Since 2005, Ahmet Paralik has been working for Kemal Paralik Metal İşleri Ltd. as the Sales & Operations Manager. He is responsible for the management of local customer relations. Furthermore, he is responsible for the teams dealing with purchase orders and the organization of purchase order related productivity.

Born on 20 July, 1969 in Edirne. Completed primary, secondary and high school in Edirne. Serol Ergün completed a number of sales and marketing related trainings and worked in large companies like Koç Holding, Bayer Alman and Deva Holding as part of the Sales-Marketing and Operations teams. He moved to Cyprus in 2006 and became a Sales & Marketing Manager in a private company. Since November 2017, he has been working in our company as a Sales-Marketing Coordinator.

Upon completing her primary, secondary and high school education she attended and graduated from the Faculty of Business administration in the University of Istanbul. She has previously taken on jobs as both an accountant and accountant manager in various companies. As of 2012, she responsible for the accounting and finance at Kemal Paralik Metal İşleri Ltd.

Born in 1990 in Adıyaman. Completed his primary and secondary education in Adıyaman, whereas lycee and higher education in Cyprus. He graduated from the Department of Energy Systems Engineering in International Cyprus University. He started working at Kemal Paralik Metal İşleri Ltd. as a project officer in 2017. He works as a “Project Engineer” in the implementation of photovoltaic systems, central heating and cooling systems and solar energy systems (with heating water).

Born on 27 August 1980 in Nicosia, Cyprus. Completed primary, secondary and lycee education in Morphou. He graduated from the program of Computer Aided Technical Drawing in the School of Computing and Technology, Eastern Mediterranean University. He then continued in the same university and graduated from the program of Construction Technology. He then started working at M.Hacı Ali Construction as a technician for many architectural projects. He also worked as a construction supervisor at Nicosia Turkish Municipality, DRN Construction and North Shore Development. Since October 2017 he has been work with us as a Construction and Project Supervisor.

Born on 20 October, 1986 in Famagusta. Completed primary and secondary education in Beyarmudu and then studied lyce at Namik Kemal Lycee, Famagusta. He started his business life at Gençalp Elektrik where he remained until 2011. He worked as a fuel station supervisor at Altınbaş Petrol through the years 2011-13. In 2014 he worked ın the procurement department at Salamis Bay Conti Hotel. Since August 2016 he has been working in our company’s accounting department.

Born on 1 November 1991 in Antakya, Turkey. In 1995 Dürdane moved to Cyprus and then graduated from 20 Temmuz Lycee in 2010. She worked as a cashier for three years and as a secretary for two years. Since 2017, she has been working in our company as a front desk personnel.

Kemal later got a degree from the School of Physical Education and Sports in Near East University, Nicosia. He started business life during his education.
